How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the number of hypervisors (physical hosts) that NaoShift analyzes. For example, with 3 hypervisors on the Advanced Plan (€39/hypervisor/month with annual subscription), your monthly cost would be €117.

What is the difference between continuous and project mode?

Continuous mode (annual subscription) offers the best price — the rates shown are for annual commitments. Project mode (no commitment) is available for one-off needs at a slightly higher rate per hypervisor. You can switch between modes at any time by contacting us.

Can I change my plan later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data and configuration are preserved during plan changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA bank transfers for European clients, and purchase orders (PO) for enterprise customers on the Platinum Plan.

Premier Plan includes email support with 48-hour response time. Advanced Plan offers priority email support with 24-hour response time. Platinum Plan includes dedicated account manager, 8x5 phone & email support with 4-hour response time for critical issues, and guaranteed SLA.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

After cancellation, you have 90 days to export all your data via our export tools or API. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

What integrations are included in each plan?

All plans support file import for VMware ESXi (RVTools), LiveOptics (Dell EMC), Proxmox, Hyper-V, XCP-NG and Nutanix AHV exports. Read-only real-time connectors are available for VMware vSphere, Proxmox VE and Azure, plus backup correlation with Veeam Backup & Replication, Commvault and Proxmox Backup Server; Nutanix Prism and Xen Orchestra connectors are in development. Advanced Plan adds API access for custom integrations. Platinum Plan includes custom connectors, SSO integration (SAML, LDAP, Active Directory), and dedicated MCP server access.
